Moon Wisdom #4 - The New Moon Energy


Moon Wisdom #4 – The new moon is a good time to be really clear about what it is we want in life! Creating an intent list with things on it that we would like, or would like more of in our life is a good thing to do. Without a list, I believe we naturally think, or dream (so either conscious or subconscious) about those things that are important to us, or things we would like at this time anyway. These things are usually “things” that have been reflected on, during the dark of the moon. If we create a list and bring those “things” that we would like in our lives, to our conscious mind it increases the power of this natural process immensely.

Creating a New Moon List - In the energy of the new moon, write down up to 10 things that you would like in your life that arent yet manifest. These can be material/physical things, spiritual, emotional or energetic things, they could be thoughts, material objects or people. Whatever it is that you would like in your life, ask for it by putting it down on this list. Then read this list back to yourself every day between the new and full moon. Then watch the magic happen!! Some things will manifest extremely quickly, other things on your list may not manifest straight away, but you will gain a greater insight as to why this “thing” on your list hasnt yet arrived....If you wish, you can then act or change to ‘bring it in’, or you may simply come to the realisation that you didnt really want it, or that you no longer need it!! New Moon Intent Lists are extremely powerful, bringing about amazing insights, and helping you to live the life you would like to live!!! Use the feminine power of the moon, and her magnetic manifesting magical power!!

Powering up your new moon list! - 
As you read each day, there might be some tweaking that needs to be done, so change the words as they need, because it is your resonance that matters and gives it power. If there is something on there that no longer fits, or you realise that you no longer need or want it anymore...take it off of your list (put a line through it so you cant see it anymore). As you do this, it allows some more power to flow into the remainder of what is on your list...instead of having an energetic holding around something that doesn't need to be there.

Now when you have done your list, and you are refining your list between the new and full moons, keep it somewhere that it can be in your energy for at least part of the day...under a pillow or your bed while you sleep, seems to be good, then you can also power up the list by leaving it under or with crystals that are appropriate and matching your needs/wants on the list. For example if abundance is on your list perhaps leave some citrine with the list...if its clarity that you desire, perhaps leave it under some clear quartz.

Another thing you can do is get a picture of Merlin, Toth, Saint Germain or Melchizedek, or all of them!!! And place the picture/s with your list, and ask everyday for these ascended masters to work with you/through you as you want to manifest these things. 

You could also do your Reiki symbols (if you are Reiki attuned) over the list either before or after reading it each day :))

Moon Wisdom #2 - Although the night sky has turned into day, allow still the lunar energy to speak to you as you walk your walk & talk your talk today...You are Lunar, and You are Solar, You are Feminine & You are Masculine, You are Chandra & You are Surya. Moon Wisdom #3 - as we journey through the coming days, you will naturally want to go inwards, retreat, and reflect. AS you do this you may become aware of the things that you are grateful for in your life.....from these things create a 'Gratitude list/journal' for example ..."I am grateful for.....". In this time of inwardness you may also become aware of the shadow aspects, those things that have been repressed, pushed down, over the last month (or longer!) allow these to surface and reveal all they will....from this you may become aware of the things you need/want/desire in your life.....these are the things you can put on your new moon list on Friday. So pay attention to all the shadow and light in your world in the coming days, and remember those things that are calling out for recognition, and/or positive manifestation in your world. Moon Wisdom #1 'Journeying toward the Dark of the Moon'

Moon Wisdom #1 'Journeying toward the Dark of the Moon'. In completely natural circumstances, where no artificial light is present, the moon light is diminishing and our pineal gland is recognizing this. After the activity and intensity of the full moon last week, we are coming 'down and in' (energetically) as the moonis now waning. In a world full of artificial light our pineal gland can get a little confused!! So to counteract this & connect in with the wise, feminine moon energy, limit as much as you possibly can your exposure to artificial light, so that by the time we are in the dark of the moon next week, your body knowledge can harmonize with the natural cycle. In this 'Journey toward the Dark of the Moon' we can stand looking back at the full moon, noticing what we have manifested for ourselves, and noticing what we do and don't like about this. And as we stand in the present moment, we can see the Dark Moon approaching. In this moment of time we can begin collecting information from our own internal world, ready for reflection and contemplation in the coming days. xxx

What is Guided Journey Meditation??

Guided Journey Meditation is a shamanic style of meditation. It involves the guidance of spoken word/voice and/or music. In other styles of traditional meditation the breath, or staring at an object like a lit candle can be used as a focus for single pointed concentration. In the guided journey meditation, the guiding voice or music can be used for this same purpose, as an anchor for focus or concentration. 


People choose to do this style of meditation for the same types of reasons as what they would do any other style of meditation...for example, for relaxation, deep calm, to reduce stress. Some people also choose to do meditation for self discovery, personal development, spiritual development, to feel a sense of spirituality, or connection with spirit. All of these benefits, or reasons for meditation can be accessed in the guided journey meditation also.


In this style of meditation, there is a strong focus on 'The Journey, and it is this journey, that can help us access parts of our consciousness, that we may not access in the 'everyday'. The journey that is spoken within a guided journey can be viewed as metaphoric, and symbolic, and/or gives our consciousness a landscape from which to discover ourselves on an alternative level to the 'everyday'.


I often think of the Guided Journey Meditation as similar to dreaming, as it recognizes a similar language, as we do in our dreams, the language of our unconscious mind, the language of symbols. Because of this, a guided journey meditation, can also give us the added benefit of realizations, or messages to self. We can use this style of meditation to access the part of ourselves that holds all of the answers to all of our questions!!
